Insurance CRM with phone, SMS, fax, and forms
Agencies should not have one system for calls, another for texts, another for faxes, another for forms, and another for the client record. ChronosCodex is designed to make the household record the destination for every interaction.
Every channel, one record
| Workflow | ChronosCodex behavior | Record created |
|---|---|---|
| Outbound call | Agent calls from the CRM or business phone line. | Call log, recording/transcript when available, and household timeline entry. |
| Inbound SMS reply | Reply is captured and matched back to the correct household/agency context. | SMS thread in household communications with opt-out and campaign controls. |
| Email with attachment | Agent sends a document or form to the household email, with editable recipient and CC. | Outbound email record, attachment reference, and automatic household note. |
| Outbound fax | Agent sends a form or document by fax from the CRM. | Fax record, receipt/status, and direct link from household communications to outbound fax history. |
| Forms | Agency-and-up users fill, clone, edit, delete, email, fax, or download eligible forms. | Saved form record plus action history on the household. |
| Missed or after-hours call | AI receptionist answers in your preferred language, takes a message, and alerts your team — $0.30/min standard, $10/mo included credit on Professional/Agency/Brokerage, $0.15/min promo rate for Agency/Brokerage's first 100 min/mo; no setup cost on Agency and Brokerage, other plans add it for a one-time $50 setup fee plus an active Chronos phone line ($5/mo). | Call log, household timeline entry, and message forwarded to your team. |

Forms included for Agency and Brokerage
The forms library includes CMS-approved health insurance consent forms, the Florida DCF Work Calendar, tax forms, and ACORD-style forms prefilled from client profiles. Forms stay visible but gated so lower tiers can see the capability and upgrade.
